  • We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Shipping is included in all hamper purchases unless stated otherwise

  • We’re happy to help track your order, but we’re not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

  • Because our hampers include perishable and small-batch products, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate

  • Sometimes, small-batch or seasonal products may be unavailable. In that case, we’ll substitute items with products of equal or higher value, while keeping the overall hamper experience intact.
